Is your mustard oil 100% pure with no additives or preservatives?

Yes. Shaukat Oil Mills mustard oil is 100% pure — no artificial additives, preservatives, synthetic colors, or blending agents. Every batch undergoes laboratory testing to confirm purity and nutritional integrity before it leaves our facility.

What quality certifications does Shaukat Oil Mills hold?

Our oil meets standards by PSQCA (Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority) and we hold Halal Certification. All certificates are available upon request for B2B and export partners.

What is the shelf life of your mustard oil?

Our mustard oil has a shelf life of 12 months from the manufacturing date when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend use within 3–4 months for optimal freshness.

What packaging sizes and formats are available?

Consumer: 500ml, 1 Litre, 2 Litre (bottles & pouches)
Commercial: 5L, 10L, 16L (tin / jerry cans)
Industrial / Bulk: 200-litre drums for food manufacturers

Is your oil suitable for cooking, pickling, and therapeutic use?

Yes. Kachi Ghani mustard oil is used for high-heat cooking, deep frying, pickling (achar), hair care, and skin massage. Its high smoke point and natural antibacterial properties make it ideal for both culinary and therapeutic applications.

How do I place an order on your website?

Browse our Shop, select your product and pack size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your order is placed successfully.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives
Online Bank Transfer — HBL, MCB, UBL, and other major banks
JazzCash & EasyPaisa — Instant mobile wallet payments
Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard via secure gateway

Is Cash on Delivery available across all of Pakistan?

COD is available in major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and surrounding areas. For remote areas, online payment may be required.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Are prices on the website inclusive of taxes?

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST/sales tax. There are no hidden charges at checkout other than delivery fees. The total payable amount is clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad etc.): 2–3 business days
Other cities and districts: 3–5 business days
Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday).

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking number and courier name. You can also contact our support team with your order ID for an immediate update.

What are the delivery charges?

Charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. We offer free delivery above our minimum order threshold (shown on our website). For bulk orders, contact our sales team for a custom quote.

What if my order arrives damaged or leaking?

Please do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged. If found after opening, photograph the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Yes. We supply to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, restaurant chains, food processors, and supermarkets across Pakistan with competitive pricing and flexible minimum order quantities.

How can my business become an authorized distributor?

Submit an inquiry through our Wholesale Portal or contact our corporate sales team. Upon approval, you will receive an official distributor agreement, preferential pricing, and a dedicated account manager.

Do you offer private labeling or OEM services?

Yes. We offer private labeling (OEM) including custom bottle design, label printing, and packaging in your preferred format. Contact our corporate team with your requirements for a detailed proposal.

What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ) for wholesale?

Retail packaging (500ml–2L): Minimum 1 carton (12–24 units)
Commercial tins (5L–16L): Minimum 10 units
Industrial drums: Minimum 1 drum (200L)

Do you offer credit payment terms for B2B clients?

Credit facilities are available for approved wholesale and distribution partners. New accounts start on advance payment terms and may qualify for credit after a probationary period.

Does Shaukat Oil Mills export mustard oil internationally?

Yes. We export to the Middle East, United Kingdom, and Europe. Our export-grade products meet quality and labeling requirements of destination countries. We welcome inquiries from importers, distributors, and retailers worldwide.

What export documentation do you provide?

What is the minimum order for export shipments?

Export orders are fulfilled as FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less-than-Container Load). The minimum export order is generally 1 metric tonne (MT). Our export team will arrange the most cost-effective shipping for your needs.

How do I initiate an export inquiry?

Submit via our Corporate Contact Form or email our export department. Include your company name, country, product specs, estimated volume, and packaging preference. We respond within 2–3 business days with a formal quotation.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns and full refunds when:

• Product received is damaged, leaked, or defective
• Wrong product or size was delivered
• Product is significantly different from its description

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Online payments are refunded to your original method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa).

How do I initiate a return or complaint?

Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs. Our team will ensure a swift resolution.
