🔹 Return Eligibility

• The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
• The product received is different from what you ordered.
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

• Products opened or used after delivery.
• Items damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
• Discounted or promotional items, unless they arrive defective.

🔹 Refund Process

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone about the status of your refund.
2. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

🔹 Exchange Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it with the correct item at no extra cost. Replacement shipping will be handled by Shaukat Oil Mills.
