If your order ever falls short — whether it arrived damaged, was incorrect, or didn’t meet our standard — we are here to make it right with a clear, simple, and fair returns process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns when any of the following conditions are met. All requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order, with your invoice or order number as proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

No customer should be left with a wrong or damaged product. If your order arrives defective or doesn’t match what you ordered, we will send a replacement at zero cost to you — no questions asked.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect — in which case we cover all logistics at our expense. Please pack items securely before sending.
